Ohara does not process payments between collectors, hold funds, or guarantee trades. Any cash or shipping arrangements are solely between users, off-platform.

Catalog prices are informational estimates from third-party market data and may be delayed or incomplete. Ohara is not liable for trading decisions based on displayed prices.

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. These terms are a thin public draft and will be updated with a formal legal review before Stripe charges.
